Join us on Tuesday evenings for a short meditation session, and feel renewed,refreshed and invigorated for the rest of the week. Meditation is conscious or chosen relaxation. You can live in this hectic world, with all its deadlines, frustrations, and responsibilities and stay sane! Meditation has been known to reduce stress,relieve pain, and recharge mind and body. Many people are enjoying the benefits of meditation: companies like Google, Proctor and Gamble, Target, General Mills, organizations like the United States Marine Corp, the Chicago Bulls (under Coach Phil Jackson), some public schools, and even a U.S. Congressman. Leena and Nirmal Mukhi have over 12 years experience practicing Sahaja Meditation. Come in comfortable clothes. Drop in on as many sessions as you like. This program is free. Seats are available on a "first come" basis.
