Paper Quilling Craft on Zoom

Let's twist, curl & fold strips of colored construction paper, magazine or newspaper into fun shapes using a simple item from home, add them onto a fun drawing and turn it into a cool 3-D piece of artwork!

Here's an example of what your Paper Quilling Project might look like.

In preparing for class, please collect these materials ahead of time:
1. 1 sheet of white paper, copy paper will do.
2. Strips of pre-cut colored paper. Any type you have, ex: construction, magazine, newspaper, wrapping . nothing too thick. Widths of ¼ and 3/8 inch, and at least 10-12 inches long - or longer.
3. Curling tool: this is too wrap your paper strip around. Any type of dowel shape like a pencil, wooden spoon handle, extra large heavy straw, etc.
4. Scissors, glue, pencil, crayons and/or markers.
5. Any type of colored paper for decorative decoration cut-outs ex: construction, magazine, or wrapping.
