Join us on Thursday evenings for a short Zoom meditation session, and feel renewed, refreshed and invigorated. Meditation is conscious or chosen relaxation. You can live in this hectic world, with all its deadlines, frustrations, and responsibilities and stay sane! Meditation has been known to reduce stress,relieve pain, and recharge mind and body. Many people are enjoying the benefits of meditation: companies like Google, Proctor and Gamble, Target, General Mills, organizations like the United States Marine Corp, the Chicago Bulls (under Coach Phil Jackson), some public schools, and even a U.S. Congressman. Leena Unnikrishnan and Nirmal Mukhi have over 20 years experience practicing Sahaja Meditation.  This is a Zoom event.  We will need you to register on the library website.  .  You will need to give us your email so that we can email you the Zoom meeting number and password.  We will email you the Zoom meeting number and password at 2PM the day before the program and 2 hours before the program begins.
