Effective after March 1, 2026, the text of each legal notice for the Mahwah Public Library may be viewed by the public on the Library’s website in accordance with P.L. 2025, c.72.
The New Jersey Department of State maintains a centralized, publicly accessible directory of websites listing legal notices submitted by public entities across the State.
Library Board of Trustees Meeting Dates
Library Board meetings are typically held the third Tuesday of each month. Most meetings are held online using the Zoom teleconferencing service except for meetings in September and March which are held person in the Library. There are no regularly scheduled meetings in July and August.
Members of the public are welcome to attend all meetings.
