Yearbook Archive Project

Calling all Mahwah High School Alumni!

The Library maintains a small collection of materials and memorabilia centered around local Mahwah history. This includes a collection of Mahwah High School (MHS) yearbooks. We are on a mission to expand this archive of MHS yearbooks and we need your help. Please consider donating yours to our collection!

We are accepting donations from September 1 to November 30, 2025. Donated yearbooks will have bookplates added to commemorate your generosity, and each donor will be mailed a small gift as a token of our gratitude.

To complete your donation, you will need to:

1. Drop by the Library during our open hours with your yearbook(s).
2. Complete a form at the Circulation Desk or Adult Info Desk. Your may download and complete this form ahead of time to bring with your yearbook(s) by clicking here. Please complete this form in full.
3. Submit this form with the yearbook(s) you are donating.

In accordance with its Collection Management Policies, the Library reserves the right to house donated yearbooks in its collection as it deems appropriate.
